Having learned much about the hairdressing trade from his father Peppino, he took his professional studies to the next level by attending London’s Vidal Sassoon academy, where he qualified as a teacher, taking part in the world’s top fashion shows and racking up successes in Italy and overseas as a stylist and designer.
Today, he owns a beauty salon in the heart of Naples and is currently the artistic director for Hair Company Professional, where he conceives and personally oversees all the formats and courses offered by the brand, and where he continues to win international acclaim and approval.

Salon owner since 2007, thanks to her tenacity, commitment and determination, she becomes in
a few years Head of the Technical Area and Research / Development of Beautynova products.
Passionate about the world of color, she contributes every year to the development of fashion research for
definition of new color trends and coloring techniques to be proposed during the seminars held
from the art department of Hair Company Professional.
Thanks to her great professional skills and her ability to involve the public, she has participated in numerous fashion shows with great success and is among the most requested trainers both in Italy and abroad.

Owner of Dalmasso Massimo Parrucchieri salon in Turin since 1989. He was a regional examiner for various training schools, has worked in the field of fashion and, from 2000 to 2010, has held training courses with Remy International, and was artistic director for the Vidal Sassoon Academy. He has been a Hair Company Professional trainer for 16 years, promoting the philosophy of English-speaking countries’ techniques across Italy and Europe.

A hairdresser with over 40 years’ experience and owner of two salons: one unisex and one men’s. He trained at Italy’s A.N.A.M. and U.N.F.A.S. hairdressing academies, going on to become a teacher there for 20 and 15 years respectively. He has won two Italian trophies and one international title in competitions in the haircare industry and headed up the competition team for Italy’s Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
From 1995 to 2003, he attended courses at Tony&Guy in London, and for the past 6 years has been a trainer with Hair Company Professional, where he currently holds the position of Master Stylist.

Owner of La Dolce Vita salon since 2000, where she works as a unisex hairstylist.
Born into an artistic family, she has always cultivated a passion for the world of haircare, which would lead her to attend academies and styling, technical and communication seminars, and graduate from the Italian Institute with an image consultant certificate. Today, Chiara is all about the total look, and is a fashion and glamour trend enthusiast. Since 2019, she has been a trainer and go-to person for research into the fashion world and new trends for Hair Company Professional’s artistic department
She has clear ideas on her work and on the haircare world: “I believe that the role of the hairdresser is continuously evolving and that training is key to becoming true creators of beauty.”

Owner of her Cri’s Color salon in Busto Arsizio (VA) since 2007.
Since 2018 she has been part of the Hair Company Professional team as a trainer and research and development laboratory technician thanks to her extensive training and attention to new coloring techniques, associated with the study of products.
Always in step with the latest trends, it satisfies the most varied and colorful requests. Her motto is “living in color”.

Since 2003 she’s the owner of the women’s hair salon in Andria. From 2009 to 2014 she was a teacher of professional women’s haircuts at the Total Look Academy in Andria.
With multiple certificates achieved in cutting, coloring techniques, colorimetry and drying combined with cutting, since 2020 she is part of the Hair Company Professional department as a trainer, stylist and expert in colorimetry.
Thanks to her strong communication skills, she has participated in the most important conferences showing public demonstrations of women’s cuts and hairstyles. (Aestetica, Paestum, Saloon International London,
C.A.C.F., Cosmoprof).

In 1983 he opened his first salon and began curating various beauty contests. From 1992 to 1995 he collaborates with
RAI as a hairdresser for some important broadcasts and manages photo shoots of numerous show business personalities.
From 1997 to 2007 he was a teacher at the regional school for hairdressers in Frosinone.
Since 2014 he has been a trainer for Hair Company Professional and since January 2020 he is the technical referent of the ING brand.

Owner of his own salon and a certified women’s and men’s hairdresser since 2000. In 2004, he started work as a trainer for various companies, coming to work for Hair Company Professional in 2015 as a stylist. Over the years, he has been a hairstylist for a number of shows aired by Italy’s national TV broadcaster (Detto Fatto, Miss Italia) and has earned a number of diplomas from the Sassoon Academy in London, and has specialized in organic cutting at the Dresden Brockmann Academy. Lucio is a firm believer in training as the only opportunity for success.
